Overview 概述

本机是一种全自动间歇式卧式装盒机，可以根据需要实现高精度的操作。

自动理料过程：产品通过锯齿状导向挡板整齐排放，电子传感器筛选，再通过输送链板输送至装盒机；

装盒过程：装盒机自动打开纸盒，推板将产品推送至纸盒内，再由折耳封盒机构进行封盒处理，Zui后将产品推送至成品出口。

全自动化的操作流程省时省力，广泛应用于食品、化妆品、肥皂、纸巾、等物料。

This machine is a fully automatic intermittent horizontal cartoning machine that can achieve high-precision operation as needed.

Automatic material handling process: The products are neatly arranged through serrated guide baffles, screened by electronic sensors, and then transported to the packaging machine through a conveyor chain plate;

Boxing process: The packaging machine automatically opens the cardboard box, pushes the product into the box, and then the folding ear sealing mechanism seals the box. Finally, the product is pushed to the finished product export.

The fully automated operation process is time-saving and labor-saving, widely used in food, cosmetics, soap, tissues, and other materials.
